convenient stay near attractions

central location friendly staff helpful staff

the location proved very central. all main attractions were nearby. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they readily suggested places to visit (i appreciated the map).

The soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear guests in the neighboring room. This was quite disruptive.

aldo was friendly and very helpful throughout the stay.

the shower was clogged. i had to wait for staff to reach the hotel, it was time consuming. the towels were not very clean.

central location helpful receptionist excellent recommendations strange smell unfinished frame single chair

The location was excellent. The receptionist offered helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The hotel is close to museums and the city center.

The bathroom had a slightly strange smell on the last day. I think it was stale water. The frame around the bathroom looked unfinished. Only one chair was available in the room. I would have liked two.
